Key Responsibilities
• Manage and deliver multiple projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Proactively Highlight to stakeholders in case of any deviation from the timelines.
• Define project goals, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tech Team, Partner team, multiple Group functions, IT, and Senior Business stakeholders.
• Risk management
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and compliance with best practices.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Optimize resource allocation and team productivity. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
• 8-18 years of experience in project management,



handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid
- Agile).
• Solid experience in stakeholder and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like ASANA, JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• HR background or experience in HR-related projects will be an added advantage.
