Job Purpose: Experienced Manager for manufacturing with Pharma experience. Educational Qualification: BE/BTech in Chemical engineering

Experience:
Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Pharma manufacturing, Planning and capacity calculation and QMS etc. Technical

skills:
• API manufacturing and batch execution
• Production planning and scheduling
• Capacity mapping and capacity utilization analysis
• Reactor, centrifuge, dryer, and utility resource planning
• Process scale-up and technology transfer
• cGMP and regulatory compliance
• Yield improvement and cycle time reduction
• Investigation of deviations, CAPA, and change controls




• EHSS and process safety management
• SAP systems and production reporting
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Manufacturing KPI monitoring
• Cross-functional coordination with SCM, QA, QC, Engineering, PRD, and Warehouse teams
• Budgeting and cost optimization
• MS Excel and advanced analytics
