Own end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) lifecycle 3000+Emps Ensure KPI alignment with productivity and business goals. Frontline Capability & Early Tenure Stabilization Drive succession visibility and internal mobility frameworks Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy (Talent Management) Analyses engagement survey outputs and design targeted interventions. Create performance-linked recognition frameworks.
