2-5 Years Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Operator with 2-5 years of experience in precision mechanical assembly, preferably in Aerospace, Defense, or other high-precision manufacturing environments. The candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and systems according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform mechanical assembly of aerospace, defense, or high-precision components, sub-assemblies, and systems.
• Assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Ensure proper fitment, alignment, and fastening as per engineering specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documents.
• Verify torque requirements and assembly parameters during build processes.
• Conduct in-process inspections and verify assembly quality standards.




• Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
• Support rework, troubleshooting, and corrective actions when required.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and process requirements.
• Follow standard operating procedures and assembly documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Aerospace and Defense manufacturing standards and best practices. Required Skills
