Graphic Designer (Expert in CANVA & Social Media Specialist) Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who lives and breathes social media. You will own concept creation and design for social media posts, carousels, stories and ad creatives across multiple client brands. We need someone who doesn't just design, but thinks in ideas, trends and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Come up with original creative concepts for social media campaigns, and brand storytelling
Design high-quality static posts, carousels, stories, highlights covers and thumbnails for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
Design performance ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads, including multiple variations for A/B testing
Stay updated with current social media design trends, formats, meme culture and platform best practices
Adapt each client's brand guidelines while keeping designs fresh and on-trend




Create monthly content calendar creatives together with the content and marketing team
Design basic motion graphics or animated posts (GIFs, straightforward animations) when required
Manage multiple client projects and deliver on tight timelines
Take feedback from clients and internal teams and revise designs quickly

Required Skills
Strong portfolio of social media designs
Proficiency in Canva
Excellent sense of typography, color, layout and visual hierarchy
Strong understanding of platform sizes, safe zones and formats for each social platform
Ability to turn a brief or caption into a solid visual concept
Valuable communication skills and the ability to explain design ideas
