Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Banca sales specialists.
Drive life insurance business through IndusInd Bank branches.
Build solid relationships with bank officials and branch teams.
Drive branch activation, lead generation and business conversions.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Conduct regular training, joint field visits and performance reviews.
Requirement: Relevant experience in Life Insurance Bancassurance and BDM team handling is preferred.
