As a Distribution Head in Gurgaon, you will lead distribution planning for a Retail business in the Fashion / Apparel sector. You will keep product movement organised so stores receive stock on time and sales teams can meet customer demand.
Plan product distribution across stores to maintain stock availability.
Track stock movement and address delays that affect store supply.
Work with warehouse and transport teams to keep deliveries on schedule.
Review store demand and sales trends to improve stock allocation.
Set distribution priorities for recent launches, promotions and seasonal ranges.
Monitor distribution performance and share transparent updates with sales teams.
Improve distribution processes to reduce delays and avoid stock gaps.
Work with internal teams to resolve product availability issues quickly.

Experience in distribution planning and stock allocation.
Confidence managing product movement across multiple locations.

Confidence using distribution or inventory management systems.
