Profile: Order Processing
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in this field
Previous experience in E-commerce Order Processing is mandatory
Must have hands-on experience with Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Amazon seller portals.
Roles:
Manage and process daily online orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle orders through Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Amazon seller portals.
Process orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order processing.
Monitor order status, inventory availability, and dispatch timelines.
Resolve portal-related issues and order processing errors.
Maintain proper order records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure orders are processed within defined timelines.
Manage multiple orders while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Qualification: Graduate / relevant qualification
