Job Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to successful offer rollout and closure. Source and attract high-quality candidates through job portals, qualified databases and networking platforms. Screen resumes and conduct structured screening interviews, evaluating candidatesâ technical skills, soft skills, experience and cultural fit within defined timelines. Prepare competitive CTC structuring and create compensation proposals. Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures. Maintain solid candidate relationships and provide transparent, regular hiring updates to all stakeholders. Maintain the candidate database and recruitment trackers Ensure timely updating of all data for real-time updates and accurate tracking (ATS) of candidate progress within the Talent Pipeline
