Designation Vice President - Equity Derivatives Trade Support
Job Description
Lead trade support operations for equity derivatives across the Asia region, ensuring effective processing, robust controls, and timely resolution of trade-related issues.
Manage a large team and coordinate with trading desks, regional operations teams, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Oversee trade validation, trade existence checks, system reconciliations, exception management, and timely closure of outstanding breaks across trading books.
Monitor operational risks, exposures, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and control frameworks, ensuring adherence to governance requirements and timely escalation of issues.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, perform trend analysis, and track operational metrics, aged breaks, system issues, and process enhancement

Desired Profile




10–15 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or large brokerage firms.
Robust knowledge of equity derivatives, structured products, global markets, and the complete trade lifecycle.
Proven experience in trade support, operational risk management, reconciliations, exception management, and governance.
Demonstrated team management and stakeholder management experience across multiple regions.
Working knowledge of Python, Alteryx, and AI tools is preferred.
