About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations and gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee management, payroll, documentation, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and candidate screening.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with attendance, leave, and timesheet tracking.
Support employee engagement and HR activities.
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and other documentation.




Knowledge about Payroll operations Tax.
Support performance review and feedback processes.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Assist the HR team with other day-to-day HR activities.

Requirements
Graduated in BBA/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Similar Internship Experience in the field.
Basic knowledge of Finance, MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
Solid organizational and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
