Role Description The Dance Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging dance lessons to students across different age groups in alignment with the school’s curriculum and values. Daily responsibilities include teaching various dance styles, demonstrating techniques, choreographing performances for school events, and organizing practice sessions and rehearsals. The role involves assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a protected, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.



The Dance Teacher will collaborate with other faculty members to integrate dance and movement into broader cultural and school activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based at FR. AGNEL SCHOOL in the Greater Delhi Area.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Dance Instruction and Teaching, with the ability to manage and motivate groups of students.
Candidates should have a solid foundation in Dance Education and Dance, including knowledge of different styles and techniques.
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Music as it relates to rhythm, timing, and accompaniment for dance.
Relevant teaching experience in schools or academies, preferably with children and adolescents.
Formal training or certification in dance or performing arts from a recognized institution is highly beneficial.
Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an inclusive and respectful approach to diverse learners.
Ability to plan lessons, choreograph routines for events, and work collaboratively with the school’s staff and administration.
