Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller to handle outgoing and incoming calls, connect with potential clients, and explain our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:
custmers aur clients ko phone calls karna aur company ke products/services ki jankari dena.
Inbound calls ko handle karna aur unke sawaalon ke jawab dena.
Leads generate karna aur interested customers ka data maintain karna.
Follow-up calls time par karna aur daily calling ka record update karna.
Customers ke sath acche relations maintain karna aur unki queries ko solve karna.

Requirements & Skills:
Basic communication aur listening skills acchi honi chahiye .
Basic computer knowledge (jaise MS Excel ya calling software ka use) honi chahiye.
Freshers ya experienced dono apply kar sakte hain (Telecalling ya customer service ka anubhav hone par preference di jayegi).
Confidence, patience aur positive attitude hona zaroori hai.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
