Role Description
Lead end-to-end procurement for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
Drive strategic sourcing, vendor development, and commercial negotiations.
Manage procurement of civil, MEP, façade,



finishing, and construction materials.
Ensure cost optimization, budget adherence, and timely material availability.
Lead procurement teams and coordinate with project execution teams.

Qualifications
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 15–20+ Years
Mandatory experience with a reputed Real Estate Developer.
Solid exposure to high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
Proven expertise in vendor management, procurement planning, and cost optimization.
Solid leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills.
