Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate recent leads and identify potential customers to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable products or services.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
Handle negotiations and close sales effectively.
Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Assist and guide junior sales executives when required.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and current business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales performance.

Key Skills:
