Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Sourcing current customers via field visits, cold calling, and open-market activities.
Customer Acquisition: Onboarding recent-to-bank clients and converting branch walk-ins.
Product Pitching: Explaining interest rates, schemes, repayment structures, and renewal terms.
Process Coordination: Assisting with customer KYC verification, documentation, and coordination with the gold appraiser.
Portfolio Maintenance: Driving timely loan renewals and managing recovery/overdue collections to minimize NPAs.
Cross-Selling: Offering allied financial products like insurance or retail loans.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
