Value-Added Services (VAS) & Package Promotion:
Pitch and sell after-sales products, including extended warranties, ceramic coating, interior detailing, and genuine accessories.
Campaign & Service Camp Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing seasonal service camps, monsoon check-ups, or free-inspection events.
Coordinate local promotional material, digital reminders.
Customer Feedback & Post-Service Follow-ups:
Conduct post-service feedback calls to check customer satisfaction levels.
Log complaints or service escalations and coordinate with the service manager to ensure timely resolution and high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) metrics.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
