Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to develop and manage channel partner networks, generate qualified leads, coordinate site visits, and drive sales through robust broker relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain solid Channel Partner (CP) relationships.
Activate recent brokers and expand the CP network.
Generate leads and coordinate client site visits.
Conduct CP meetings, project presentations, and broker activities.
Achieve monthly site visit and sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and CRM updates.

Qualifications:
2–5 years of real estate sourcing experience preferred.
Strong CP network in Pune and PCMC.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with strong market knowledge.
Experience in commercial real estate will be an added advantage.
