Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our education institute.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, and direct interactions
Counsel prospective students on courses and career opportunities
Follow up with inquiries and convert them into admissions
Maintain relationships with students, schools, and partner institutions
Assist in planning and executing promotional and marketing activities
Achieve monthly admission targets
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Freshers are welcome to apply
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM is a plus)
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
