About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Packaging Machine Operator to join our tea bag manufacturing facility in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) packaging machines to ensure smooth production, consistent packaging quality, and minimal machine downtime.

Freshers with a relevant technical qualification are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor FFS packaging machines during production.
Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers for different packaging requirements.
Monitor packaging quality, sealing, filling, and machine performance.
Identify basic machine issues and assist with troubleshooting.
Maintain production records and report machine-related issues to the supervisor.
Keep the machine and surrounding work area clean and follow safety procedures.




Assist the maintenance team with routine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: ITI in Fitter, Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical trade.
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field will be an added advantage.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience operating packaging machinery will be preferred.
Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn machine operations.
Ability to follow instructions, maintain discipline, and work as part of a production team.

Salary & Advantages
Salary range: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month.
Salary will be determined based on educational qualifications, relevant experience, and technical skills.
Suitable freshers will be considered within the stated salary range.
