Role & ResponsibilitiesDrive membership sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Manage leads, follow-ups, walk-ins and customer conversions.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Generate leads through Meta Ads, social media and local marketing.
Build corporate partnerships, influencer collaborations and community engagement.
Coordinate with the content and marketing teams.
Track sales performance, lead conversions and marketing ROI.
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
RequirementsExperience in sales and marketing, preferably in fitness, wellness or hospitality.
Robust communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, Meta Ads and social media.
Ability to manage teams, generate leads and achieve targets.
Proactive, creative and business-oriented mindset.
