Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Maintain daily candidate calling, interview, selection, and joining reports.
Ensure timely joining of candidates as per manpower requirements.
Coordinate with Operations and Site Teams regarding vacancies and manpower requirements.
Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Follow up with selected candidates until their joining and ensure proper documentation.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
