Duties and Responsibilities
To supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
To ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
To coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth site operations.
To inspect and verify materials delivered at site for quality and quantity compliance.
To prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation.
To monitor project progress and ensure completion within scheduled timelines.
To oversee manpower deployment and allocation of site resources efficiently.
To ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a protected working setting at the site.
To conduct site measurements and prepare quantity estimations as required.
To identify site issues and provide practical solutions to avoid delays.




To attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
To inspect completed work and ensure project quality standards are achieved.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Civil Site Engineering or similar role.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
