Location: Retail Store
Key Responsibilities:Monitor customer and employee movement within the store to prevent theft, pilferage, and inventory shrinkage.
Conduct baggage checks and ensure compliance with store security procedures.
Monitor CCTV footage and report any suspicious activities immediately.
Ensure proper inward and outward material movement documentation.
Control store entry/exit points and maintain visitor records.
Support stock audit activities and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to safety, security, and emergency response protocols.
Coordinate with Store Manager and Regional Vigilance team on security-related matters.
Prepare daily vigilance reports and maintain incident records.
Assist in crowd management during peak business periods and promotional events.
