Role Description We're looking for an Account Manager Executive who can be the person our clients call first. You'll own day-to-day communication with a set of brands, keep projects moving between our creative, content and performance teams, and make sure what we deliver matches what we promised.

What you'll do
Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as their main point of contact
Understand each brand's goals and turn them into transparent briefs for the creative, content and ads teams
Plan monthly social media content calendars with the team and get them approved on time
Run weekly check-ins and monthly review calls,



and share reports that explain what's working and what we're changing
Track timelines, deliverables and feedback so nothing slips through
Spot chances to grow an account, whether that's a new platform, a campaign idea or an added service
Handle difficult feedback calmly and keep the relationship strong

What we're looking for
1.5 to 2 years of experience in account management or client servicing, ideally at a digital or social media agency
An understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and how platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and Meta Ads work
Explicit and confident communication in English, both written and spoken
Solid organisation skills and comfort juggling multiple clients and deadlines
The ability to read basic performance numbers (reach, engagement, leads) and explain them simply to a client

Good to have
Experience with Notion, Trello, Asana or Google Workspace.
