We are looking for a Freight Operations Executive to manage daily freight operations for U.S.-based logistics clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight coordination, load tracking, carrier communication, shipment documentation, and transportation management. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in the U.S. night shift.

We are scaling quick, and we're only looking for high-performance dispatchers who can deliver results from Day 1.

Responsibilities

2–4 years of hardcore U.S. dispatch experience.

Solid grip on DAT, Truckstop & load boards.

Ability to source, negotiate & close trucks QUICK.

Deep understanding of carrier compliance (MC/DOT, insurance, safety scores).

Confidence to handle high-value/project/BBK shipments.

Clear communication.
