Role & Responsibilities
Connect with students and working professionals through calls and other channels.
Understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Conduct career counselling and consultative sales.
Handle queries, objections and follow-ups.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments.
Achieve monthly admission, conversion and revenue targets.
Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing, counselling and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable with sales.
Positive command of English and Hindi.
EdTech/Inside Sales/Academic Counselling experience is preferred.
Freshers with solid communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
