Role Description
This is a full time in office role for Manager, Corporate Finance and Treasury at Stride Climate Investments in Ahmedabad.
Independently seeking current acquisition opportunities, preparation of financial model, investment decks, assisting in acquisition and due diligence process
Managing lender relationships, independently seek approvals, ensure compliances to lending covenants
Assist in the entire lender sanction process including preparation of financial model, information memorandum, negotiations on term-sheet, hand-holding the lenders in the sanction process, ensuring pre and post-disbursement compliances
Working with bankers, legal and tax lawyers, security Trustee, facility agent, auditors etc. for ensuring smooth lending and banking operations.
