We are looking for a friendly, confident Telecaller to join our team and generate quality leads through outbound calls. You will be the first voice of Extraedge Wealth Solutions Private Limited, so a warm, professional manner and clear communication matter to us as much as sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database
Introduce our products/services clearly and politely in English or Hindi
Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on set criteria
Handle basic questions and objections with patience
Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-up calls for the sales team
Update call outcomes and lead details accurately in the CRM/Excel
Meet daily and monthly call and lead targets
Follow up with interested prospects to keep conversations moving
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent spoken English and Hindi (marathi or other regional languages are a plus)
Pleasant voice, polite tone, and a warm, approachable personality
Strong listening and communication skills
Confidence in speaking with strangers and handling rejection positively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream
Ability to work in a target-driven setting
Valuable to Have
Previous experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or lead generation
Experience in Investment across Equity/Mutual Fund/Bonds/Insurance Others.
Typing speed and valuable call documentation habits
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
