Role Overview: Manage end-to-end reservation processes, client queries, and vendor allotments for luxury car rentals and cruise vacation packages.
Core Responsibilities:
Reservation Management: Handle inbound/outbound requests for car rentals and cruise bookings via calls, emails, and live chats.
Itinerary Planning: Custom-tailor travel itineraries, route maps for cars, and cabin/on-board selections for cruises.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with local transport vendors, luxury fleet providers, and cruise liners to confirm availability and pricing.
Issue Resolution: Handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and on-trip emergency support for customers.
Documentation: Verify customer identification, driving licenses, and travel visas/permits as per regulatory norms.
