We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Stock Market Relationship Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring recent clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting stock market and investment-related services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate recent clients through calls, references and networking.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
Explain stock market products, equity, derivatives (F&O;), and investment services.
Assist clients with account opening and KYC procedures.
Guide clients on trading platforms and brokerage services.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Provide regular client support and resolve customer queries.
Develop long-term client relationships and improve customer retention.
