Hiring: Sales Trainer

Location: Nexus Spaces, Vishal Astra, First Floor, Office No. 103, AB Road, Scheme No. 54, Satya Sai Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities:
Provide sales training to recent and existing employees.
Train employees on sales techniques and customer handling.
Improve communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Explain sales processes, products and company policies.
Conduct regular training sessions and performance assessments.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
Help the sales team achieve targets and improve productivity.




Travel to different locations or branches for conducting training sessions.
Provide in office training and support to sales teams whenever required.

Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Training or Sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Ability to motivate and guide a team.
Willingness to travel as per company requirements.
Experience in loan or financial sales will be preferred.
