Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HOD to lead the School of Interior Design (SOID), ensuring academic excellence, effective faculty management, and overall student development.

Key Responsibilities.
Lead and manage academic activities and curriculum planning.
Supervise faculty, monitor performance, and ensure quality teaching.
Oversee class schedules, examinations, student projects, and academic assessments.
Mentor students and support their academic and career development.
Integrate industry practices and trends into the curriculum.




Build industry connections and facilitate industry exposure for students.
Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth academic operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree in Interior Design or a relevant field is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of experience in academics.
Good industry experience in Interior Design is essential.
Robust leadership, communication, and faculty management skills.
Sound understanding of curriculum development and academic administration.
