Sales & Business Development Executive

Role Summary The role will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, building client relationships, understanding project requirements, and coordinating internally to convert enquiries into fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across industrial, architectural, hospitality, commercial, and project-based segments.

• Generate leads through calls, references, networking, site visits, and market outreach.

• Understand client requirements, drawings, references, and project expectations.

• Coordinate with the design, production, and costing teams to prepare quotations and proposals.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing discussions to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.

• Conduct client meetings and site visits where required.

• Maintain robust relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, project managers, businesses, and existing clients.

• Negotiate commercial terms in coordination with Management.





• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular follow-up reports.

• Coordinate smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.

• Stay connected with clients during the project and support communication where required.

• Identify repeat-business and new-market opportunities. Skills & Expertise

• Basic knowledge of fabrication, manufacturing, construction, interiors, or project-based sales preferred

Preferred Experience 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, fabrication, manufacturing, construction, interiors, industrial products, building materials, or project-based businesses.
