Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
Present menus and provide information about food and beverage options.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a qualified manner.
Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely.
Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene guidelines.
RequirementsPrevious experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment will be preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed and skilled personality.
Ability to work in a team and handle busy service hours.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
