Monitor performance daily and optimise for leads, sales and ROAS
Manage budgets and pacing across multiple client accounts
Set up and audit tracking,

including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager and GA4
Prepare transparent weekly and monthly reports with insights and next steps

What we're looking for
1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns, preferably at a digital marketing agency
Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
Comfort with data in Excel or Google Sheets, GA4 and Looker Studio
An understanding of how paid media fits into a brand's wider social media and digital strategy
A test-and-learn mindset; you'd rather run the experiment than argue about it

Positive to have
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
Experience with LinkedIn Ads

Why join us
Manage real budgets for brands across interiors, education, D2C and lifestyle
A small team where your ideas are heard and your work goes live
Exposure to strategy, content, design and performance, all under one roof
