About the Role:
We are a growing software product company looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to help build our product’s online presence, generate awareness ,and support lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure in product marketing, SaaS branding, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media channels for the software product (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
Create product-focused content such as feature highlights, updates, use cases, demos, and customer benefits
Write simple, clear captions and posts explaining product value
Schedule content and engage with followers (comments, DMs)
Support lead generation campaigns through organic and paid channels
Assist in running and optimizing paid ads (Meta / Google / LinkedIn) under guidance
Support SEO activities for product website and blogs
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports (leads, reach, engagement)
Coordinate with product, design, and tech teams for launches and updates




Stay updated with SaaS and digital marketing trends

Required Skills & Knowledge:
Positive understanding of digital marketing and social media
Interest in software products / SaaS marketing
Ability to understand product features and explain them in simple language
Basic knowledge of ads, SEO, and analytics
Good written communication skills
Creative mind set with a willingness to learn and experiment
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced startup environment
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite (preferred).

Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage
