Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate college buses / vehicles and drivers
Plan and monitor daily routes, timings, and student pickup & drop arrangements
Ensure vehicles are maintained properly and are fit for use
Maintain records of fuel, maintenance, driver attendance, and route-wise student lists
Address transport-related complaints and issues promptly
Ensure students board and alight safely and follow discipline during travel
Bring any problems related to vehicles, drivers, or routes to the attention of the management
Coordinate with drivers and ensure adherence to schedules and safety norms

Requirements
Educational qualification is not mandatory (any degree or diploma will be an advantage)
Prior experience in transport operations (college, school, or fleet management)

Should be disciplined, responsible, and able to manage drivers and students
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and report issues promptly

Perks
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
Food and accommodation can be discussed if required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
