Technical Support Executive

Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support for systems, applications, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot Linux servers, VoIP dialers, SIP, and network connectivity.
Monitor server performance, services, logs, and connectivity.
Troubleshoot dialer and outbound calling issues.
Handle basic networking, DNS, IP, firewall, and routing issues.
Prepare daily technical support and performance reports using MS Excel.
Use Excel formulas, filters, and Pivot Tables for reporting.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support / IT Support.
Experience in the same or similar industry preferred.
Positive knowledge of Linux, VoIP, SIP, networking, and troubleshooting.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
