Technical Architect (Python)

We are looking for a highly capable Hands-On Python Technical Lead who can drive end-to-end customer project delivery, from presales solutioning and architecture design to production deployment and support. The ideal candidate should bring strong Python backend expertise, cloud architecture knowledge, presales consulting experience, and leadership skills. This role involves engaging with customers during solution discussions, preparing technical proposals, defining scalable architectures, leading engineering teams, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications
Design and lead development of scalable backend systems using Python and Django.
8+ years of experience in Python development.
Robust expertise in Django and REST API development.
Experience building scalable backend systems and microservices.
Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.




Experience integrating AI/ML or LLM-based solutions.
Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise application design.
Hands-on experience in presales, solution consulting, estimations, and proposal creation.
Ability to engage with customers and convert business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience presenting architecture solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and cloud security.
Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong ownership mindset and accountability for delivery.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and solve complex challenges.
