Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and MIS.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Assist the HR team in implementing company policies and processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Positive command of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
