Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Senior Captain to manage restaurant floor operations, lead service staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and service staff.
Lead and guide Captains and Stewards.
Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
Manage table allocation, reservations, and seating.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and discipline.




Conduct staff briefings and support team training.
Ensure proper table setup and restaurant cleanliness.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
Previous experience as a Captain or Senior Captain.
Robust communication and team-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of food and beverage service.
Professional grooming and guest-handling abilities.
Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
