Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist with payroll processing and salary-related queries.
Support employee engagement activities and address employee concerns.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Manage exit formalities, full and final settlements,



and employee documentation.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Knowledge of HR processes, employee documentation, and basic payroll coordination.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related tools.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Robust problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
