Job Responsibilities:
Attend to customers and understand their laptop/desktop issues.
Handle device inward entries, job cards, and customer details.
Diagnose hardware and software problems and perform repairs.
Provide repair estimates, updates, and delivery timelines to customers.
Maintain records of repairs, spare parts, and device status.
Ensure protected handling of customer devices and timely delivery.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware, Windows OS, and troubleshooting.
Experience in hardware repair and diagnosis preferred.
Valuable customer handling and communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
