About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to manage the complete sales cycle—from the first conversation with a prospective learner to successful enrollment.

The ideal candidate should be a solid communicator, comfortable speaking with prospects, handling objections, and working toward monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales process from initial outreach to closure
Conduct consultative calls to understand prospects' career goals and requirements
Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach through calls, WhatsApp, and email
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Maintain accurate lead and interaction details in the CRM
Handle objections related to pricing, timing, relevance, and other concerns
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets




Maintain post-sale communication to support smooth onboarding
Share prospect feedback with the marketing and product teams

Who We're Looking For
0–3 years of experience in inside sales, EdTech sales, or B2C consultative sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and persuasive without being pushy
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
Target-driven and self-motivated
Familiarity with CRM tools such as LeadSquared, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Interest in EdTech, Product Management, or the startup ecosystem
