Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of the retail market and experience working with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
Visit retailers and shops regularly to promote and sell company products.
Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and distributors.
Identify current business opportunities and expand market reach.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Take orders, follow up on pending orders, and ensure timely product availability.
Monitor market activities and competitor products.
Submit daily sales reports and update market visit details.





Required Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in field sales is mandatory.
Experience in FMCG sales and working with retailers or distributors is preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

A self-motivated candidate with a solid understanding of field sales, retail operations, and customer relationship management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
