Job Title: Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 & Networking Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable trainer to teach cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and networking. The ideal candidate can explain technical topics clearly and deliver practical, hands-on training to learners with different skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver training sessions on cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and networking.
Teach cybersecurity fundamentals, common threats, safe practices, and incident response basics.
Train learners to use Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Cover Microsoft 365 administration, user management, permissions, and security settings.
Teach networking topics such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
Demonstrate network troubleshooting and security practices through practical exercises.
Prepare course materials, presentations, lab guides, and assessments.
Assess learner progress and provide feedback.
Keep training materials current and maintain a supportive learning workplace.

Requirements:
Robust knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, Microsoft 365, and networking.




Experience in technical training, teaching, mentoring, or coaching.
Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and mixed-skill groups.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
