Job Summary

We are looking for experienced candidates for a Life Insurance Sales Executive position in Yerwada, Pune. The role involves explaining life insurance and investment-linked products, handling customer enquiries, generating sales leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities
Explain life insurance products, features, perks, and policy terms to customers.
Provide information about suitable insurance and investment-linked plans based on customer requirements.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Respond to customer queries related to insurance products and investment-linked plans.
Explain financial protection and insurance planning options.




Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Complete follow-ups and other assigned sales activities on time.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance sales is mandatory.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of life insurance products and the ULIP process.
Basic understanding of investment products and the share market.
Target-oriented approach and willingness to work in a sales environment.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team.

Salary and Work Details
Monthly salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000.
Weekly off: Rotational.
Work location: Yerwada, Pune, Maharashtra.
