Lead and manage all Quality Control activities for IV Cannula manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with applicable ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and relevant medical device regulatory requirements.
Monitor incoming raw materials, in-process quality, and finished product inspection.
Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with approved specifications.
Manage quality documentation, SOPs, inspection records, and test reports.
Oversee product testing, process validation, equipment qualification, and calibration activities.
Handle customer complaints, non-conformities, CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Coordinate internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to reduce rejection rates and product defects.
Lead, train, and develop the QC team.
Ensure proper implementation of GMP and applicable quality management system requirements

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
