Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upcoming café in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have relevant café management experience, excellent English communication skills, a professional personality, and robust team management abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Handle inventory management, procurement, stock control, and vendor relationships.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and operational reports.
Control operational costs and minimize food wastage.
Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Coordinate catering services and refreshments for meetings and corporate events.
Lead, supervise, train, and motivate café staff to deliver excellent customer service.




Maintain service quality and implement improvements in café operations.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation of the café.

Mandatory Requirements
3–7 years of relevant experience in café operations or café management.
Fluent English communication skills.
Pleasant, well-groomed, and qualified personality.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Valuable knowledge of inventory, procurement, billing, and cost control.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Previous experience managing a café or similar food and beverage establishment.
Ability to manage staff, vendors, and daily operational activities independently.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented approach with a focus on service excellence.

Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000, depending on experience and suitability.
